Our client a privately run and family owned vehicle finance business has been operating for over 30 years, and is growing. As a specialist in Hire Purchase agreements [HP] our client is adept at assisting customers across the UK with non-standard credit profiles achieve their goal of new car 'ownership'.
Owing to the nature of the agreement between our client and their customers and the way that Hire Purchase agreements work, the customer's car is actually owned by the Finance company until the agreement is concluded.
As such if anything goes wrong with the car, from mechanical fault, warranty recall, or accident or incident, the customer needs to let our client know and then as the 'owner' they can try to find a solution.
The customer care coordinator role is therefore pivotal to not only customer relations, but their very reputation.
You will have a sound knowledge of cars, perhaps even a technical knowledge, perhaps from working within a Motor Trade business at some point in your career. Importantly, you'll have to deal with each problem as they occur and make sure a sound and positive resolution can be achieved.
The role requires a high level of understanding and communication; as such good grades in English and Maths are expected as well as an attention to detail and ability to negotiate.
