Customer Service Manager in Chelmsford
- Salary Up to £36K Plus Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am-6 pm and 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their Service Department within their Main Dealership in Chelmsford to assist the running of their Aftersales Team.
For this Customer Service Manager position, you may currently work as a senior service advisor or even a workshop controller looking to move up in your career, you must have great knowledge of the motor trade and service department. If you are currently a Service Advisor, you will have a minimum 3 years' experience with some knowledge of workshop practices.
To be successful in this Customer Service Manager role, It is crucial that you have both excellent communication skills and great team leading skills. The successful Customer Service Manager will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team
