Customer Support Administratorr Required in Bradford
Basic Salary up to £20,000
37.5 hours per week
Our Client, a popular Main Dealership are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join the busy Leasing Solutions division.
This Leasing Solutions company are looking for someone who is an experienced Administrator. Working within a small team you will be the primary point of contact for post delivery vehicle administration and documentation on our fleet of 6000 business contract hire vehicles. You will work closely with your team and the account management team to ensure that all our core and optional ancillary services are operated efficiently.
You will be responsible for the administration of a number of our key ancillary services including Driver Licence Checking, Motor Insurance Database, Grey Fleet Management and Vehicle Abroad Compliance together with essential administration requirements for our fleet. This will include V5 validations, Road Fund Tax Renewals, Penalty Fine Processing, and driver / vehicle allocations.
This Customer Support Administratorr is a full time, permanent role. Administration experience is essential.
