Customer Support Executive required in Stafford
Basic Salary of up to £23,000
8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday
23 Days Holiday & Bank Holidays + 1 extra day holiday each year of service, Contributed pension scheme for all employees, Monthly social activities and Perkbox Membership

Our client based in Stafford designs, creates and produces leading software solutions for some of the country's leading retail businesses. Their Customer Support team make sure that their customers get the best out of the products they are using.
As our client grows, and they are considerably; inevitably their customer base grows and the need for high quality technical and user support rises.

As a Customer Support Executive you'll be working in a fast paced environment investigating and ultimately solving sometimes simple sometimes complex technical questions that a customer may have or they might be experiencing a user issue that needs explaining in a simple and clear way. Either way you'll be trained to help!

This is the ideal job for someone who has an understanding of software development, perhaps in a junior developer position but wants a more diagnostic role, you'll be expected to be both polite and friendly on the phone and of course be able to quickly build rapport with customers who require above all else empathetic solutions to their current software issues.

Your daily Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
Investigating basic technical queries
Communicating with the technical support team to resolve issues
Co-ordinating with the sales team to set up new customers

Essential skills you'll need to possess are:
Basic understanding of Javascript and HTML
Experience in a customer helping role
A degree level education (preferably in a computing related subject)
