Our client, a franchise approved car dealership based in the Cardiff region, are currently looking to recruit a General Sales Manager to join their business!
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new & used cars, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring our client upholds the highest ethical standards.
In order to be eligible, you will ideally live in the Cardiff region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff. You will need to be a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within a franchise approved car dealer environment. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

Fully negotiable starting salary dependent upon experience and current earnings.
