08:30 - 17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturdays (08:00 - 12:00)

Our Commercial Main Dealer client in Nottingham is seeking a Warranty Administrator / Invoicing Clerk to join its team.
Applications are encouraged from those with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate should also be confident using a variety of computer systems and software.
Warranty Administrators, Service Advisors/Administrators are naturally sought after.
Typical Responsibilities include;
- Provide a main dealer service to all our customers.
- Audit job cards (work orders) and associated parts/service documentation for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures prior to invoicing.
- Ensure Service / Inspection documentation are correctly completed and customer defect procedures adhered to.
- Assist in maintaining a daily flow of quality job cards ensuring information is accurate.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 with an hour lunch break. The Succesful candidate will work 1 in 2 Sat mornings.
The successful candidate will earn a starting basic salary of £20,000 - £23,000.
