Logistics Team Leader required in Yeovil, Somerset

We are seeking a Logistics team Leader to join our clients busy accident repair centre in the Yeovil, Somerset area.

With multiple locations across the UK, there is excellent in-house opportunities to build on and progress your career.

Role & Responsibilities for this Logistics Team Leader, may Include:

Reporting to the Branch manager the logistics team leader will oversee on site logistics to optimise onsite resources.
We are looking for a candidate who has a background in logistics who excels in customer service.

Responsibilities will be varied, for example tasks will include:
- Arrange collection and delivery of policy holder's vehicles.
- Carry out any ad hoc associated duties.
- Provide an on-site 'meet and greet' service and customer hand over process.
- Liaise with customer service teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Our Client is offering the successful Logistics Team Leader:

As Logistics team leader, we're offering a salary of up to £10 per hour.
There's also a pension, 20 days holiday, (rising with service) plus bank holidays, life assurance (after a qualifying period),

Your working hours will be 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday working as required.

- You must have an excellent customer manner (warm, friendly and helpful).
- You must have a current, clean driving licence.
- Basic admin and keyboard skills.
- Previous automotive, quality control and customer service experience.
