A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive to join our client's franchise approved dealership in Bridgend!
SALES JOB SPECIFICATION:
Working with a close-knit and friendly team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets as well as delivering an exceptional level of customer service. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the car. You must explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the aftersales team where possible, and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.
In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Bridgend region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend. Prior or present car sales experience is highly advantageous however non-essential for our client as they are willing to consider candidates with a strong and stable track record working in a retail sales/customer facing/customer service orientated environment with a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships and have a genuine passion to work for the company. Overall you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity available to you. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.

The hours worked for this Car Sales role is 8:30AM - 6:00PM Monday to Friday (one day off in the week every week and one 7:00PM late finish every week), 9:00AM - 5:00PM Saturday and 10:00AM - 4:00PM Sunday (one in two Sundays required).
