Part Time Accounts & Office Administrator required in Nottingham

Our client, a multi-faceted Vehicle Centre is looking to add a Part-Time Accounts / Office Admin to its busy and expanding team in Nottingham.
To be a successful candidate, you must be very motivated and must have a meticulous eye for detail. Candidates who have previous experience of a role of this nature in the motor trade would be desirable but not essential.
The role involves day to day accounts housekeeping; purchase ledger, credit control administration, updating cash flow, sage integration and bank reconciliations for the business and also our sister property rental company. Therefore, experience of Sage and excel are essential.
You will be required to prepare and submit VAT returns, ensure HMRC payments are made and also calculate gross wages information for checking by management prior to submission to our external payroll company.
This role is a fixed 6 month contract from October - March, with a view to moving to a full employment (still on a part-time basis) in March.
