Our client is a leading provider of asset management software solutions with a proven track record spanning over 30 years and providing solutions to well over a 1,000 customers globally.
With customer's assets including vehicle fleets, facilities, consumables, equipment, property and infrastructure their needs are as diverse as the market economy allows, and the management solutions provided by our client make use of the very latest integrated software and hardware to allow their customers to make the best use of the technology.
Our client is rapidly expanding its operations throughout the UK and as it does so the on-going requirement for a Product Implementation & Training Manager becomes more needed every day.
In this role you will become the company's leading expert on their technology and its implementation into other businesses; you'll be on hand to offer expert advice and hands-on assistance as the products are integrated into the business operations of their clients. You'll become an expert in overcoming on-site challenges, software integration issues and how the products can be best used with existing software and programs.
Once the installation is complete you will then take on the role of Training Manager, working with all on-site personnel that will have day-to-day interaction with and use of the new programs to both train them on best practices and to make sure they are fully comfortable with the software and how to make the most of it.
You should be a business-orientated product specialist working with business software solutions and have a working knowledge of Cloud Azure systems.
