Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a commercial dealership in Caerphilly!
* Basic salary of up to £17,000 per annum plus a bonus scheme!
* 35 hour week Monday to Friday!
Our client, a large franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in the Caerphilly region requires an experienced and professional Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on behalf of developing their Accounts Department!
You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and work as part of a friendly team. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices including scanning, authorisation and verification. You will also be required to statement reconciliations and payment runs via electronic BACS files, posting of bank transactions, setting up new supplier accounts and also be responsible for petty cash: posting expense transactions, reconciling and topping up.
In order to be eligible, you will ideally live in the Caerphilly region or be within an easily commutable distance of Caerphilly. You will need to hold recent or current experience working within finance to be considered. Previous use of Kerridge would be advantageous and a reasonable grasp of Excel is mandatory.
