Vehicle Sales Admin Vacancy
Circa £18,000 basic salary + overtime
Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm

Our Client, a Motorhome & Caravan Dealership Group, urgently requires an experienced Sales Administrator to work within their Vehicle Admin team.
*To produce on a timely basis retail vehicle sales invoices, warranty, handover and part exchange documents.
*To process the transfer, sale, purchase and registration of new vehicles into used stock.
*Produce monthly sales, deliveries information and statistics for all branch vehicle transactions.
*Obtain vehicle V55 documentation and organise the taxing of vehicles. This will include liaising with customers for processing tax and registration of imported and exported vehicles.
*Provide branches with all F& I administration requirements.
*Propose customer finance applications, relay finance house decisions, write confirmation offer letters to customers and obtain settlement figures.
*Raise and check finance documentation against sales invoices as well as action non-payment notifications. Also liaise direct with finance houses with reference to administration issues and update accordingly.
*Ensure, via regular checking of the stock reports, that all computerised stock records are accurate.
*Chase all branches on vehicles that have yet to be delivered to customers and appear to have protracted delivery dates.
*Check all completed deals to ensure that VAT writebacks, where appropriate, have been actioned and that vehicles have been sold above cost price.
*Enter all registration details onto the stock records and check invoices have been correctly produced.
*Various and occasional banking (warranty, insurance, commission)
*Requesting and chasing release of vehicles for chassis manufacturers.
*Carrying out any other ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the whole business.
*Languages - must be fluent in English and be able to write competently
*Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers
*Stability under pressure - reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
*Able to work as part of a team
*Able to adapt to the companies needs in the way we deliver our service.
*Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Working with and providing a quality service to support the sales function within the motor trade car dealership is an essential part of the job.
The successful candidate will be a team player and possess excellent communication and administrative skills, whilst also able to demonstrate the ability to work within deadlines.
