Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant Required in Braintree
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary Per Annum up to £20,000
Our Client, a Franchised Car Dealership is currently seeking a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join their Accounts Team in Braintree. The vacancy is challenging yet rewarding and therefore the applicant needs to be highly organised and efficient with great team work and communication skills.
Your Key Duties Day to Day will include:
- Sales Ledger
- Assisting the Accountant with Bank Reconciliation
- Working closely with the Sales Administrators ensuring Vehicle Invoices have been raised.
- Using Kerridge to Post Payments.
- Checking Monthly Floats
- Debt Collecting
- Liaising with Legal Advisors for Unpaid Debts
- Working Hours
This Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
Up to £20,000 Per Annum Depending On Experience
Due to the nature of the role our client is looking for someone with experience in Sales Ledger. You will be working within a family business, so it is important to my client that you have great teamwork skills, building an excellent rapport with colleagues, directors and also with customers. For this role it is essential you have excellent organisation and administrative skills.
