Service Advisor Required in Wimbledon
£25k DOE - £28k OTE
You will be working alongside another Service Advisor and will be responsible for providing a proactive service between customers and the workshop. Our client is happy to entertain people from outside the industry who have a strong retail customer services background.
This often includes;
Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Technicians.
Liaison with customers about any additional work required.
Greeting customers and scheduling services.
Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
Handling customer complaints.
Responding to customer requests.
Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
You will be greeting customers in to the Service Department, liaison with the Technicians in the Workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. This could be the start of a great and rewarding career for life!

Previous motor trade experience within a service advisor role or similar is essential.
Working hours for this Service Advisor Job are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
