Vehicle Service Advisor Required for Commercial Main Dealer

  • Circa £28k Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm
  • Excellent training and support

Our client is a Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer in the Canterbury area and is currently looking to hire an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor for their successful Aftersales Centre.

This is an opportunity to work for a well reputable Automotive brand in a state of the art Aftersales Centre. You will have the opportunity to develop your motor trade career and will be encouraged to reach your full potential.

Your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Automotive Service Department. Key duties will include advising on technical queries/issues, booking vehicles into the Automotive Service Department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, sell customer repairs/parts etc. and finalising the invoice on completion. Key performance measures will include Customer Satisfaction Scores and feedback to the Automotive Service department. The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
