Service Advisor Required For Premium Car Dealership in Bristol
- Up to £25,000 Basic
- Up to £31,000 OTE
- 45 hours per week

Our Client, a well known Premium Car Dealership in the Bristol area is looking for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Service Advisor or customer service professional to enhance their career with growing company.
Previous experience as a service advisor with a main dealer background is preferred although candidates from customer service roles will be considered.
In this role you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service to all customers ensuring every business opportunity is maximised, you must be efficient in maintaining the high standards of the department and ensure all work is completed in line with dealer standards. You must also look to maximise the departments profitability through sale of dealer products, upselling and look to turn new business into long term customers.
Key duties of this Service Advisor role are:
- Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
- Inform customers of progress on their vehicles
- Advice customers on any issues they may be experiencing
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Work well to achieve set targets and personal goals
