Service Manager required in Northampton.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm / Saturday Mornings (1 in 2).
Salary: Up to £40-45,000 basic / OTE up to £60,000 p.a.
Benefits: Company Pension / Holiday Allowance: 22 days + bank holidays / Company Car + Fuel.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to control the aftersales function of a dealership of a leading automotive retailer based in Northampton.
As a proactive member of the dealership's management team, you will be required to run an efficient operation of both Service and Parts departments, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. Your overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.
In successfully managing the growth and development of the departments, you will be experienced at developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues.
You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and ensure team morale and support is prominent.
This Service Manager role requires experience of working in the role within a Main Car Dealership as well as a main dealer DMS and the One Link System.
To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in the management of a Service Department of a multi-franchise car dealership.
Relevant Motor Trade experience is essential.
