Our client is a leading provider of asset management software solutions with a proven track record spanning over 30 years and providing solutions to well over a 1,000 customers globally.
With customer's assets including vehicle fleets, facilities, consumables, equipment, property and infrastructure their needs are as diverse as the market economy allows, and the management solutions provided by our client make use of the very latest integrated software and hardware to allow their customers to make the best use of the technology.
Our client is rapidly expanding its operations throughout the UK and as it does so the on-going requirement for a Technical Support Manager becomes more needed every day.
In this role you will become the company's leading expert on their technology and lead a team of customer support executives fielding calls from existing customers experiencing either technical issues or challenges. Or more positively, may wish to know how to get more out of the product.
Whatever the call you and your team will be on-hand to answer any question including those of a technical nature as such you will have had a working experience of the following software platforms, languages and programmes: Cloud Azure, On-premise solutions, SAS based solutions & Software coding SQL, C#.
