Warranty Administrator

  • Starting salary up to £20,000 per annum plus bonus scheme and overtime!
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm!
Our client, a franchise approved motor home and caravan dealership based in the Tewkesbury region, are currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join their team.
The successful Warranty Administrator will be reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team, you will be required to process warranty claims for our client's customer's motor homes and caravans using their manufacturer's processes and procedures as well as keeping records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims. The successful Warranty Administrator will be required to communicate clearly and concisely with Service Advisors and the workshop team, maintain an up to date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation and complete training courses where appropriate. You will also provide assistance with general reception and administration duties as and when required.
In order to be eligible for this Warranty Administrator role you will ideally live in the Tewkesbury region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Tewkesbury. The successful Warranty Administrator will have experience of working in an administration role and of processing high volumes of paperwork. Your eye for detail will be second to none, always ensuring to produce and enter accurate work in a timely manner. You will be an energised and self-motivated person. Experience of warranty administration, invoicing & billing and/or a technical understanding of light vehicles gives you an advantage but it is not essential, as it is the ability to process high volumes of information and paperwork accurately that our client are really looking for, along with a customer centric approach.
