  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Flexible dependent upon experience and qualifications)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • NO Weekends
My client is looking for a Stripper/ Fitter to join their team at their accident repair centre in the Broxbourne area.

If you’re currently a Vehicle Technician and seeking an opportunity within the bodyshop environment, this is your way in! My client is happy to consider skilled workshop Technician’s for this Stripper/ Fitter role.

Stripper/ Fitter Technician responsibilities:
  • Carry out repair to the company’s standards and within the time allocated for the job to give high standards of customer service.
  • Work to systems and procedures in line with our operating standards.
  • Keep the working area in a serviceable, tidy and clean condition.
  • Ensure vehicle protection aids are used at all times and that all vehicles are handled with care.
  • Stay up to date with technical bulletins, work in accordance with safety legislation and maintain discipline.
  • Do any training courses that are required.
  • Monitor the quality of work at all stages.
  • Ensure that any surplus parts are returned to the Parts Dept and are clean.
  • Notify the lead mechanic if any additional repairs are required over and above those estimated for.
  • Carry out any additional task that may be requested, i.e. driving.
