Our client, a regionally renowned Franchised Dealership, is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to join their busy branch in Carlisle.

What will the successful Used Car Sales Manager do?
  • Complete the sales process in a manner that is consistent with the integrity of the client.
  • Deliver results that meet, and wherever possible, exceed targets.
  • Develop and motivate the Sales Team.
  • Manage all sales campaigns & promotions.
  • Maintain dealership standards and compliance.
  • Work effectively with other departments to establish best practice and ensure customers receive exceptional customer service.
The successful Used Car Sales Manager will have:
  • A proven track record in transactional sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal & people management skills.
  • Experience monitoring financial performance.
  • An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
  • A full UK driving license.
