Parts Advisor Needed for Parts Factor in Manchester
  • Basic salary £24,000 ; OTE £29,000
  • Monday - Friday with Saturday on a rota
  • 22 Days holiday rising to 26 with service (+bank holidays)

Our client, a large manufacturer group, is looking for a Call Centre Parts Advisor to join their parts centre in Manchester. This role comes with a company pension, onsite parking and discounts for employees.

Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Parts Advisor:
  • Provide technical and logistical assistance to customers
  • Check incoming goods against delivery notes for damage
  • Ensure accuracy in invoicing and estimating
  • Monitor parts stock levels and handle returns
  • Verify inventory system accuracy through computer listings
  • Keep obsolete stock to a minimum
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service
To Be A Successful Call Centre Parts Advisor You Will Need:
  • Experience within the same or similar role
  • Automotive experience is essential
  • Great telephone manner 
  • Driving licence preferable
