  • Basic Salary: £27,000
  • OTE: £32,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6pm
  • Saturday 8.00 - 1pm (1 in 3 rota basis)
Our global brand main dealership based in Twickenham is looking to add a Service Advisor to their busy service department to continue the high standard of customer service that they offer to all their customers both new and returning.

Our client continue to be a family operated business and they have recently moved into the fourth generation

They pride themselves on the personalised service they continue to offer to their customers.

They offer a superb working environment and ensure all staff have access to the most up to date training both in house and from the brand. 

Role responsibilities of a service Advisor:
  • Customer focused - first point of contact
  • Dealing with all customer requirements 
  • Booking in services, MOT's and repairs
  • Working as a team
  • completing any administrative duties required
  • Strong communication is very important as you will be the main contact for all transactions whilst a customers vehicle is in our workshop
Personal attributes needed:
  • Fast learner 
  • IT literate
  • Energetic and a can do attitude
  • Eye for detail to report work accurately
  • Full driving licence is crucial
