  • Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 17:30pm) and one Saturday in two (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our client's family-run business. established for nearly 50 years! If you like to be valued as a team member and treated as more than just a number this is the one for you!

To be eligible for this role as a minimum, you have 5 Years of Previous Vehicle Mechanical Experience. As a Vehicle Technician, you must have expertise in the diagnostics and electrics, and have previous working experience in work types such as timing belts, clutches, electrical diagnostics, brakes, general servicing etc, and a Positive 'can do' attitude, as well as an efficient work ethic to maximise productivity in the workshop. At this stage, you will need to be a methodical and logical thinker and it's essential you hold a valid full UK driving licence. An MOT testing qualification is desirable but this is not essential.

As a Vehicle Technician for our client, Your Duties will include:
  • Responsible for all types of maintenance, service, and repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles (vans)
  • Ensuring customers receive a great end-to-end experience
  • The ability to work within given timescales 
  • Tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing
  • The ability to accurately complete paperwork, i.e. VHC (Vehicle Health Checks) / Job sheets / Customer service documentation
