  • Pay: £27.5k Basic + £36k OTE
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday ONLY!
Are you passionate and knowledgeable about the automotive industry and skilled in customer service administrative tasks? Our client a Franchised Car Dealership are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at a reputable Car Dealership in Crawley, West
Sussex. This role could suit a Service Advisor looking for a change of direction in their automotive career.

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator:
  • Managing service bookings and appointments efficiently
  • Liaising with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates
  • Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handling administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service advising roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keyloop (Kerridge) 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
