  • Family Run Franchised Car Main Dealership 
  • Based in the Sidcup area
  • Circa: £26 - £27k Basic Salary + Bonus (£36k+ OTE)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm + 1 in 3 Saturday Morning Rota

Our client, a Franchised Car Dealer in the Sidcup area, are looking for a Service Advisor to join and support the work of their Service Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's valued customers, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Your day-to-day tasks as a Automotive Service Advisor include:
  • Greeting customers both in person and over the phone, and booking them in for services or repairs. 
  • Listening to customers' concerns and gathering all the necessary information to accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues.
  • Liaising with our clients skilled technicians to ensure the smooth flow of work and keeping customers informed of the progress.
  • Providing customers with detailed information on costs, timeframes, and any additional services that may be required.
  • Upselling our fantastic range of products and services
The successful Service Advisor will have a minimum of two years experience as a service advisor within the Automotive industry or a strong background in customer facing retail will be considered. Senior Service Advisors are welcome to apply as salary will depend on the candidates experience level and expertise.
