We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Prestige Main Dealership in the Aylesbury area. 
 
 They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£34,800)
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / 1 In 4 Saturday Mornings 8am - 12.30pm (Paid Overtime)
  • Prestige Main Dealership Environment
  • Previous Automotive Aftersales Experience Required
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Manufacturer Training Program, Career Development & Progression Opportunities
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client
  • Meet and greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their  Service Advisors
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Kerridge DMS knowledge
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
