  • Salary: £36,000 Basic DOE + £42,000 OTE
  • Hours: 45 Hours, Monday - Friday only
Are you an experienced Workshop Controller looking for a new challenge in the heart of Battersea? Join our clients reputable Car Dealership and take charge of their experienced workshop team.

Responsibilities of a Workshop Controller with our Dealer Client:
  • Manage a large workshop comprising of 14+ vehicle technicians with varying skill levels.
  • Ensure the smooth running and productivity of the workshop by effectively assigning jobs to the appropriate technicians.
  • Oversee the workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor technician performance and provide support and guidance where necessary.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow across the dealership.
Requirements of a Workshop Controller with our Dealer Client:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technicians, colleagues, and customers.
  • A solid understanding of workshop operations and technical knowledge of vehicle repairs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
