Location: Epsom, Surrey

Our Client: Our client, a reputable Car Dealership based in Epsom, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team.

Salary: £14.10 or £15.38 per hour dependent on skill level, with the potential for OTE earnings of £45k-£50k for higher skilled level vehicle technicians. This is based on a 40-hour week with no weekend working, and flexible hours may be considered. Additionally, the role offers a time saved and team customer service bonus, along with 23 days holiday rising to 26 with service plus bank holidays.

Role Description: As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, electrical systems, and engine components.
  • Utilise your skills and expertise to complete service and repair tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to provide updates on repair progress and recommendations for vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • Adept at diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
