Our client, a successful and well-respected franchised main dealership based in Yeovil, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and professional team on a full or part time basis. Basic Salary up to £25,400 for a 40 hour week.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of all vehicle sales documentation. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling vehicle registrations, producing invoices, and liaising with both the sales team and customers to provide a first-class level of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing all new and used vehicle sales paperwork accurately and promptly
- Handling DVLA registrations, invoicing, and vehicle taxation
- Maintaining compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Communicating with customers, sales executives, and external partners
- Supporting the wider sales team with general administration tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or service role, preferably within the motor trade
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive team player with a professional approach
