Prep/PDI Technician Required in Exeter

  • Basic salary of £29,200 DOE, OTE in the region of £36,440
  • Monday to Friday only!
An amazing opportunity has become available for our client in Exeter to assist with the processing of  vehicles at their PDI centre. They are looking for Level 3 qualified mechanics to join their expanding PDI Workshop team.

Roles and Responsibilities for Prep/PDI Technician:
  • Perform thorough quality checks to brand standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of both exteriors and interiors.
  • Report all defects to factory ordered options.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before customer delivery.
  • Carry out road testing as needed (a full driving licence is essential).
  • Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Requirements of the Role:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • MOT Licence preferred but not essential
