  • OTE: £65,000+ 
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm / 8:30am–5:30pm  
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (flexible/negotiable)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading, supporting, and guiding technicians to ensure high standards of work
  • Working closely with the General Manager to organise and prioritise daily workloads
  • Carrying out complex maintenance and repair tasks when required
  • Overseeing quality control processes, including road testing vehicles
  • Resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Liaising with customers where necessary, providing trusted technical advice
What we’re looking for from the new Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven background in a prestige automotive workshop environment
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to support a team
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage workflow effectively
  • A customer-focused approach with confidence in providing expert advice
