Key Responsibilities as a Master Vehicle Technician:
- Carrying out high-level diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work across a range of vehicles.
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians with complex fault-finding and technical issues.
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Contributing to workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Keeping up to date with manufacturer training, including EV and hybrid systems.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Previous experience as a Senior / Master Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and support junior colleagues.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic Salary up to £40,000 DOE
