Key Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:
- Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial welcome to vehicle handover.
- Actively prospect new customers via calls, events, and product launches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and services through manufacturer-led training.
- Recommend suitable finance and add-on products aligned to customer needs.
- Manage enquiries using CRM systems to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- Previous sales or customer service experience with proven ability to hit targets.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a genuine customer-first approach.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to achieve team success.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
