Master Vehicle Technician – Elevate Your Career in Automotive Excellence Package Details:
  • Salary up to £45,500 depending on experience
  • Ongoing earning potential with on target earnings (OTE) up to £50,000 via weekly time savings and team bonus scheme
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities for a Master Technician:
  • Performing expert vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards
  • Ensuring vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and meet customer expectations
  • Supporting the development of team members through training and sharing technical expertise
Requirements needed for a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' practical experience working in a workshop environment
  • Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and working well within a busy team
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
