- Basic Salary up to £46,500 DOE
- OTE up to £50,000
- 40-hour week – Monday to Friday (8am–5:30pm)
Key Responsibilities for the Master Vehicle Technician:
- Lead diagnostic and complex repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
- Support and mentor junior technicians, assisting with fault finding and technical issues.
- Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and MOT testing (if qualified).
- Ensure manufacturer and industry repair methods are followed.
- Work closely with the workshop team to maintain high standards and efficiency.
- Fully qualified to Level 3 (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Experience as a Senior or Master Technician within a workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical/mechanical skills.
- MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Positive attitude with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
