  • Basic: Up to £32,000
  • OTE: £36,200
  • Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:30 
  • 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a Rental Manager to take ownership of operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding service. This role would suit someone with a background in vehicle rental, fleet management, or automotive who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

What’s in it for you as a Rental Manager:
  • Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus up to £4,200 per annum

  • Monday–Friday working pattern (no weekends)
What you’ll be doing as a Rental Manager:
  • Overseeing the daily rental operation, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Attending local and industry events to promote the business and generate opportunities
  • Managing budgets effectively to maximise performance
  • Monitoring vehicle logistics, customer agreements, and operational processes
  • Delivering excellent customer service that drives repeat business and referrals
What we’re looking for in a Rental Manager:
  • Previous experienee in vehicle rental, fleet management, or a related automotive role
  • Outgoing and personable, confident networking and building relationships
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercially minded with a focus on hitting financial targets
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
