- Keep detailed service records and communicate findings effectively to team members and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology and diagnostic techniques through ongoing training.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or similar qualification.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding expertise, with experience across both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems; IMI EV/Hybrid qualification is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
