What You’ll Bring to the Table as a Master Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Technician with a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Master or Senior Technician certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Nice to Have Skills from the Master Technician:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle technology and systems.
  • Experience working with a variety of vehicle brands and models.

Preferred Education and Experience of the Master Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Master or Senior Technician in a dealership environment.
Additional Requirements of the Master Technician:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday—no weekends or shift work.
