- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week + 1 in 2 Saturdays (paid at time and a half)
 - Salary: Basic approx. £40,000 + bonus + overtime (OTE approximately £50,000)
 - Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
 
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Technician:
- Perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical repairs with high standards of quality and efficiency.
 - Diagnose complex faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical support resources.
 - Conduct road tests during and after repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
 - Accurately complete repair and service documentation.
 - Strip down, recondition, or replace major units and components as required, ensuring first-time fix success.
 - Interpret wiring diagrams, customer incident forms, and guided fault-finding procedures.
 - Maintain a thorough understanding of our preparation process and quality standards.
 
- Experienced Senior or Master Technician
 - Minimum Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
 - Background in either a franchised dealership or independent garage
 - Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
 - A professional and self-motivated individual committed to quality
