  • Salary: £50,000 per annum DOE + Generous OTE
  • Location: Croydon, Surrey
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Our client, a leading, well-established body shop in Croydon, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their thriving, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the VDA /  Estimator:
  • Build strong relationships with customers and insurance companies.
  • Create precise, high-quality repair estimates using Audatex.
  • Efficiently manage and upload all work to Audatex, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and repair quality.
Requirements for the VDA /  Estimator:
  • 3-5 years’ proven experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre or similar setting.
  • Background in a main dealership bodyshop or independent insurance-approved body shop.
  • ATA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
