What the successful Car Sales Executive will do?:
- Engage with customers in person, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions.
- Drive sales with the flexibility to promote all onsite brands as opportunities arise.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through professional and attentive service.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Keep up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.
- Proven success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience—motor sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid full UK driving licence is essential
