- Salary: Up to £34,320 per annum DOE
- OTE: Around £40,000 with bonus potential
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Welcome customers and manage vehicle service bookings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, keeping customers updated on progress
- Prepare job cards and order required parts for upcoming work
- Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the workshop
- Clearly explain repairs, costs, and service recommendations to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer care and dealership professionalism
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing position within the automotive industry
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Friendly, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Keen to take ownership of the department and ensure efficient daily operations
- Full Right to Work in the UK required – sponsorship is not available
