Service Advisor Needed in Oldham
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30am – 1:00pm)
  • Salary: Basic up to £28,500 + OTE up to £40,000
Our client, a successful and family-owned Franchise Main Dealer, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that values its people, offers stability, and rewards hard work with an excellent bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Advise on vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance requirements
  • Upsell additional products and services, including service plans
  • Liaise with the workshop and keep customers informed on progress
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Contribute to team profit share and individual upselling targets
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and deliver excellent service
  • Confidence in upselling products and working towards targets
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
