- Working Hours: Mon–Fri shifts between 8am–6pm, plus 1-in-4 Sat mornings (8:30am–12:30pm)
- Salary: up to £35,500 basic + overtime + uncapped bonuses (OTE up to £39,500 pa)
Key Responsibilities for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Conduct MOT testing in line with DVSA standards (if certified).
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and first-time fixes with a solution-driven approach.
- Embrace ongoing training and use of new technologies to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a professional, supportive workshop environment.
- Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Proven industry experience (main dealer experience advantageous).
- DVSA MOT Testing certification (desirable but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and own tools.
