Our client, a reputable main dealership specialising in cars and light commercial vehicles, is seeking a skilled Van Technician to join their dedicated team at Heathrow. As a Van Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest manufacturer standards, maintaining your reputation for quality work.

Duties within this Van Technician role:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Conducting inspections and diagnostic work to identify vehicle issues
  • Performing MOT testing (if qualified)
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations within the workshop
The Ideal Van Technician will be:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Repair or recognised equivalent (e.g., City & Guilds)
  • Proven experience as an LCV or Van Technician, ideally within a main dealership environment
  • MOT testing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Strong work ethic with motivation to meet targets
  • Excellent team-player with good communication skills
  • Previous experience working in an automotive workshop environment
