Vehicle Technician Required in Dover, Kent!
  • Basic Salary up to £40,000 dependent on experience!
  • Plus an Attractive Bonus Structure
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • Saturdays on a rota

Our Client, a long-established Main Dealer group with multiple branches across the South & South East, dealing with various vehicle models, is seeking a Vehicle Technician for their branch in Dover, Kent.

They are a well-respected automotive business, offering a comprehensive range of automotive services across their sites in Kent. They are looking for dedicated individuals who want to be part of a stable, long-term team, helping to deliver excellent customer service and vehicle care.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client include:
  • Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while adhering to company and industry standards
  • Carrying out a wide range of servicing and repair tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Using technical knowledge to ensure safe and effective vehicle repairs
  • Maintaining accurate repair and service records
  • Supporting company policies on security and data protection
  • Analysing work orders to understand vehicle condition and diagnostic results
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 candidates with extensive experience will also be considered)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle systems, including hybrid/electric vehicles (desirable)
  • A good team player with a full UK driving licence
