- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Manager, or senior technician with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of systems such as OneDrive/Kerridge/CDK, OneLink, and manufacturer digital tools is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a leadership role.
- Main dealer or franchise background preferred but not essential.
- Experience with manufacturer systems or similar digital tools.
- Certifications or technical qualifications related to vehicle servicing or management.
- Experienced technician or senior technician aspiring to lead.
- Previous workshop management experience in a dealership environment.
- Time-served technicians with leadership potential.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work flexible hours within the scheduled working pattern.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency.
