Used Car Administrator / Delivery Coordinator

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy used car supermarket and brokerage at their Head Office in Swadlincote. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the sales and delivery process. This role would suit someone with dealership sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Following up with clients and customers to confirm vehicle handover details
  • Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries
  • Processing and chasing invoices, arranging payments, and updating records
  • Supporting the sales and logistics team to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Handling general administrative duties to keep everything running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in dealership sales administration (ideal)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confidence in chasing payments and handling invoices
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
