Are you passionate about automotive cosmetic repairs and looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a skilled and reliable Smart Repairer to join our customer-focused Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cosmetic vans, travel locally, and develop your expertise in vehicle refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities as a SMART Repairer:
  • Travel across the local area in a brand-new cosmetic vans to perform on-site repairs.
  • Conduct a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and refinishing vehicle surfaces.
  • Act as a multi-skilled technician undertaking all aspects of cosmetic repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE during all repair activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar cosmetic or accident repair role.
  • Completion of a Panel Technician Modern Apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems and appropriate repair materials.
  • Honest, diligent, and committed to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
